  • office_suite_2 Our Executive Suites are most often two plus rooms in size. They range in size from 350 sq. ft. up to 13,000 sq. ft. Most of our suites are between between 600 sq. ft. and 1,500 sq. ft.  We easily accommodate small businesses helping you dedicate your efforts entirely to YOUR business.

  • office Our Executive Offices are most often a single space which will accommodate 1-2 people. They range in size from 100 sq. ft. up to 300 sq. ft. You'll enjoy on-site management who will be attentive to both you and your clients' needs. Your efforts are then dedicated entirely to YOUR business.

     

    Prices for current availability range from $410 to $550 per month.

     

  • conference_room_1 Our Executive Conference Room is located on the main floor, across from the property management office. There is an oval table surrounded by 8 rolling chairs with large windows facing the atrium. 

     

    The room holds approximately 12 people.

     

  • atrium Our atrium is a signature feature at Yorktown Offices. It's the welcoming space that greets you with an abundance of natural light when you enter and the community space where tenants, guests and visitors meet.

     

    Offices adjacent to the atrium are enlivened with a sense of lightness.

Conference Room Scheduling

We remind you that it's important to call our office to reserve the conference room for your meetings or stop down to our front desk.

 

 
Visitor Parking

The front lot is reserved for Visitor parking, Handicapped parking and Alternative Fuel Vehicles. The rear lot is reserved for Tenant parking. In the rear lot we also have stalls reserved for Alternative Fuel Vehicles.

 

 
A Note About Trash and Recycling
Yorktown has a co-mingled recycling program in place, which makes doing your part easy. Stop by our office to pick up a cardboard under desk container.
